I have a Blackberry 8820 and it has no volume - no ringtones, alarms, alerts, keyboard bleeps, Satnav voice - nothing, just silence. Not much good having a phone that doesn't ring, so can someone please help me! Jill

Try resetting the device, with the phone turn on, take out the battery for 30 seconds and reinstall it again.
