please i need your help...my old blackberyy was stolen and now the crook is using my pin and re adding all my friends in my old list.....is there a way i can stop that...although the minute it got stolen i called the telecompany that i was subscribed to and gave them serial num and they said its done...its off
 
but its on and when i called them again they said to us its off....but he used another tele company to use the pin..
 
its soo frustrating..
i am also worried about my facebook and email accounts....in my ild bb i had the FB application and 2 email accounts....i changed all passwords...but i am afraid he is still recieveing my emails....
 
please help

There is nothing RIM can do about that. You've called your carrier, and that is good.

 

You should make CERTAIN that your carrier has removed the PIN from your old BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) account, that will ensure that the device is not receiving your emails, etc.

 

The only reason your friends are being added back to that device is probably because the thief or whoever bought it from the thief turned the device back on.

 

Once the PIN is removed from your account and at some point the new user does a reboot, all the account connections will be lost.
