Messages that are read in Microsoft Outlook, are delivered to the blackberry but are not showing up as read when they have been read via Outlook.
Wireless Reconcile is: On
Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
What other places can I look for to figure this out and have message show read when I have read them from Outlook
Thanks

The main question here is if you are under BES ( any exchange server ), or if you are using the internet provided for your carrier only (BIS).
if you are under BIS, you can't synch the mails, only can synch, contacts, calendar, notes and memos.

After waiting 45 minutes the email messages do not reconcile as being read on the blackberry device, after initiating a reconcile from the handheld after messages have been read in OWA.
Cached Exchange mode appears to not have any affect either way being on or off.
Next?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
Since you have the exact same problem, you are therefore on BES -- I suggest that you work with your BES admins for resolution.
Good luck!

I registered an account here just so i could reply how absolutley pathetic this response is. No wonder RIM is disappearing into the void. I cant wait to move to Activesync.

Hello,
Hmmm...interesting...you registered just so that you could state that the answers given by the volunteer, non-RIM, folks here is pathetic? Interesting choice of a way to spend your time. You see, this site has nothing whatsoever to do with any level of formal support from RIM...none. This site is all about users helping each other out to the best of their abilities. In that light, perhaps your rush to judgment was hasty?
Good luck!
