I am extremely disappointed in Blackberry and Verizon for failing to rectify serious issues with my device.
I have spent hours online and on the phone trying to get the desktop software to work, only to have it stop working within 24 hours.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the software at least 7 times.

I have tried installing the software without allowing it to update, and that does nothing either. I have tried all the suggestions--every single one--more than 3x.
After a ridiculous installation process involving the installation software opening up 5x simultaneously, I keep getting an error message, "unknown error", which is not a very helpful error message.
The only reason I purchased this very expensive device was for it to sync with my Outlook calendar, and even that won't work. The other applications fail whenever I try to install other things too.
