I'm sorry, I wasn't very specific when I posted this question. The saved searches that I am referring to are when a user is searching their messages. There is a feature on the blackberry to save that search so that it can be used again later. One of my users has reported that when he saves these searches, after a while they will disappear from his blackberry.
There doesn't appear to be a setting on the blackberry to delete these searches after a certain amount of time. I have looked in the BES security policy also for any settings pertaining to this, and have not found anything. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
