Service Books

How come the Service Books is no longer listed in the BIS Website? I got a replacment BlackBerry today, same type and I am unable to get the web and e-mail.

I know about the Service Books, but am unable to see how to send them. Tried going to the Routing Tables, but so far, nothing is working.

Re: Service Books

Patience is a virtue, it would seem maybe the Host Routing Table worked, however, I stil am curious where the Service Books setting went in BIS.

Thanks.
