Shortcut keys not working for some operations on 8800

Hello, Alt+i and Alt+o shortcut key combinations are not working anymore on my 8800. Battery removed -> no change.

 

Could someone help?

Hey,

 

On what screen are you when pressing that key combo?

 

Have you upgraded the device OS lately or since those were working?

You can try to restart you phone os

Hi, I am so sorry, I have entered a wrong mail address to be alerted of new posts.

 

-> The problem has been solved by reconfiguring the short cut keys combos manually...
