Forgive me if this has been asked before, I'm a newbie..
I have a Blackberry 8830 World from Sprint and had to swap the device because of a problem with it. I got my new 8830 in the mail today and when I try to use the desktop software to transfer my data, everything transfers except my address book. When I do the advanced options in the Desktop Software, the option for Address Book - All is greyed out instead of bolded like the rest and if I click on it it says that it is set up for wireless syncronization or wireless back and is read only. For some reason this is causing me to not be able to transfer the address book over to the new device.
So that brings me to my questions:
1) Simply how can I get my address book over?
2) What is this wireless sync, how can I turn it off?
Thanks so much in advance,

If you goto your address book on your 8310 and go to OPTIONS, are you able to control or see wireless sync?

It's an 8830, I'm not sure if that matters or not.
Under options I have:
Allow Dupe Names
Number of Entries
Nothing about wireless sync.
the reason I am asking is that if your in the Advanced under Backup on the DM you can toggle the wireless sync and gain control of your address book restore and backup feature. By toggling your wireless sync to "Off" I would then try to sync your BB Handheld again to see if it will behave correctly.
