Trusted Certificate

I keep getting a message box popping up on my phone saying that " I am trying to access a trusted certificate" I have not done anything or tried anything, it randomly pops up..  Something about ccl.blackberry.com or ccl.blackberry.test.com.  Please explain what this is or what is going on? It gives me option to continue, cancel connection or just cancel..  I cancel connection as well as cancel and it keeps popping up. Thanks
