I have just scrapped the user and wiped the HH again and assigned it to another user - they can file and view there folders perfectly.

So I will try to repair the users mailbox and reassign the BB back to them

Hi,

Just posting as I have found the solution - there was a error in the event log that I missed!!!!

{LastName, FirstName} Uncompressed data too large (147185 > 130048) which is caused by the user having to many folders for the Blackberry dispatcher to handle the solution is in the link below.

KB - Large folder list does not populate on the BlackBerry device
