I dropped my service w/ T-mobile 6 months were I bought my BB. Now I want to use my BB with AT&T account,

AT&T advised me to get the unlock code from T-mobile. I asked T-mobile yet they say they can not give me that

becuse I closed my account over 180 day and they no longer have that info. How do I unlock my phone???

It can be definitely unlocked. But you didn't specify the model of your mobile.
