external display problem in 8220

hi

when I close the flip I see my provider name only no clock

I change to analog digital or flip - still shows provider name only

I want to see the clock

thanks

Welcome to the forums ! 

 

Try to back up and complete a clean reload of the device software as shown here http://bbry.lv/cG8oer. Before you restore your data test to see if you are able to see the clock on the external display.
