Epen report not available...

My Sept epen report is not avail on Digital river, when i contacted digital river with the excel which i downloaded from appworld purchase data, they asked me to contact appworld, i send appworld an email regarding the same a week or more ago, but till now, no reply...any idea wt needs to be done to get it fixed, & add SEPT report with OCT report.
