I use payment services for an Adobe Air App.
I have several approved Apps in App World. When my customers (and myself) try to use the in-App purchase for the full Version, the following happens:
1) App World Payment Pop Up appears
2) Asks for Password
3) After entering password, it says "Getting Payment Details" and then displays
Error: "The Item you requested is invalid"
I have triple checked the Good's SKU and it matches the one requested.
It would be great to have any pointers on what could be the problem.

Was the digital good approved?
How was the app installed to your device for testing?
What is the SKU used? What is the error code received when this message appears?
At what point in the purchase process does the error appear (ex after selecting the payment method)?
What error code does the app receive back?

Yes, digital good was approved.
App was downloaded from App World and installed on the device.
SKU Name: ll_eng_full
There is no error code displayed. Just above message. Error appears before payment method selection.
I dont know which error comes back. How can I debug an app downloaded from App World?

I just tested this app:
And was able to purchase the full version of the app without issue in a Z10.
Is this the same app with the error?

Yes, this is the correct app.
I tried again to purchase it myself but no success. I can purchase other apps without issue.
Also, I have customers regularly complaining they cannot purchase it. Furthermore, I have zero sales on this product.
So something, somewhere must be wrong. Any ideas?

The version I downloaded and tested is 220.127.116.11, the version published is 5.0.4. Have you verified which version your customers are using and you are testing?

I dont know where the x.x.x.1 comes from.
Could that be the problem?
I also downlaoded 18.104.22.168 and cannot purchase on this (newest) version.

What is the primary method of payment set up in your account?
Do you know if you are able to make purchases from any other apps?
Have you had any successful purchases of this app yet?
What is the OS of your device?
