Hi luko,
You can direct users to email appworldbilling@blackberry.com for a refund. They should include the name of their BlackBerry ID email address, the name being used as well as the name of the digital good they tried to purchase. A representative from the App World Billing team will be able to assist with refunding the purchase.

Thank You. I will, but I am still waiting for license change approval. Do You know how long can it take? I've sent request on thursday but I didn't get any response yet. I've removed my app from sale to update fully working version of application when license will be changed.

I have this problem with 2.1.0.1088
I compiled a WebWorks app and tried to test it in developement mode on my Playbook
It is frustrating such basic issued are not resolved fast.

We encountered 30242 error when we installed multiple draft apps on the device. Once we uninstalled and removed all but one of the apps, the error disappeared!
Another curious thing was that with two draft apps installed, goods purchased from app B would sometimes show the icon from app A! Clearly the app isn't as sandboxed as it should be...
I hope this helps some people.

Hi, I am getting the 30242 error even after the app was approved.
Not sure if the review team even checked the in-app purchase..
Can anyone help ? I put a separate question here . The sales have been hit big time! ![]()

PlayBook OS version 2.1.0.1314 was just made live today, this contains a fix for the 30242 errors. If you continue to experience 30242 errors after this update please let me know.

I've added new (paid) release without in-app payment, but it's nice to see that everything works now.
