I have a application with app in purchase and currently I am receicing a couple of transactions with the same id 1113330000000394446. This cant be true and I am wondering what this is and why App World is creating these.
Does anyone know a better and faster way to get in contact with some one from App World to figure this out?

this is coming from the resposnse of blackberry.payment.purchase(); This happens only some times and I cant see any pattern. How can I check the transactionIds anyway in the vendor portal? Somehow?

You cannot check these from the vendor portal.
How are you testing this and finding that this transactionID is being returned multiple times?
Are you seeing this on more than one device/user?
Are you testing using a sandboxed account?

Ah thats sad....
I can see it from multiple devices/user in production If i provide you with the digitalGoodID, can you check it within internal systems?

My 2c is that there's an issue with your app logic along the way, duplicate transaction IDs should never occur and would cause huge issues withe the payment DB.
Keep in mind that restoring a purchase will return the same transaction ID as when the item was first purchased.

I tried to find the bug in the app logic, but cant reproduce this anyhow. I will try to set up for a different licence to get a call back call from App World for each sold item. May be this can help to find the problem.
