Sandbox testing my App and the purchases worked. The App is now published, and I am getting an Error dialog popping up "The item you selected cannot be found".
There is no error code printed witih it.
The virtual goods are "Up for Sale", I installed the App from App World, not in 'tst' mode.
NOTE: When I add my BBID back to the sandbox, the purchases work again (But aren't actually billed).
Any ideas what could be wrong?

When do you receive the error? Is your BBIS in the sandbox at this time? Which device?

I just tested on my PlayBook, I can see version 1.0.14 and it downloads successfully.
At what point do you receive the error?

I just purchased the 1000 credits, it went through successfully. Which is failing for you?

The sandbox account should not do this. Did you download the app from App World or sideload? Sideloading would cause this issue.

So we tried doing a fresh install of a playbook using a new BBID, downloading the App through the App World normally, and we are still getting this error. Did you test with a playbook or BB10 device ? What about the region? We are in Canada.
