"The item you selected cannot be found"

Sandbox testing my App and the purchases worked.  The App is now published, and I am getting an Error dialog popping up "The item you selected cannot be found".

 

There is no error code printed witih it.

 

The virtual goods are "Up for Sale", I installed the App from App World, not in 'tst' mode.

 

NOTE: When I add my BBID back to the sandbox, the purchases work again (But aren't actually billed).

 

Any ideas what could be wrong?

When do you receive the error? Is your BBIS in the sandbox at this time? Which device?

The error was about 20 mins ago, by BBID is in the sandbox now, im testing with playbook

I just tested on my PlayBook, I can see version 1.0.14 and it downloads successfully.

 

At what point do you receive the error?

In the 'upgrades' screen, you can press the '+' button beside the credit balance to get to the purchase screen. Selecting any of those brings up the payment workflow - I get the error after the BBID login.

I just purchased the 1000 credits, it went through successfully. Which is failing for you?

Hm, That is the one that fails for me. Could it be something related to my ID previously being in the sandbox?

The sandbox account should not do this. Did you download the app from App World or sideload? Sideloading would cause this issue.

I installed from App World. I'll try reseting my playbook.

So we tried doing a fresh install of a playbook using a new BBID, downloading the App through the App World normally, and we are still getting this error.   Did you test with a playbook or BB10 device ?  What about the region?  We are in Canada.
