Tested on a PlayBook from within Canada. Is App World throwing this error or your app? Can you provide a screenshot?

It's not our App, it must be App World, screenshot attached

Strange. Do you have another BBID you can sue to test? It is working fine here so I wonder if it is an account issue.

We've tried with 3 different accounts on 2 different playbooks and they have all had that error. Could it be the OS version? We are using 2.1.0.1314.

Have you submitted your goods for approval? I wonder if they may not be found because they have yet to be approved.
Does sandbox testing work?

The virtual goods are status "Up for Sale"
When I add a BBID to the sandbox, then the purchases work for that BBID (but are not actually billed).
You said it worked for you when you tried it, did the purchase actually get billed to the associated credit card / paypal? If not maybe somehow your BBID is in the sandbox?

I am using a test account, so essentially sandbox.
Testing on a secondary account not used for testing reproduces the "Content Not Found" error.
Have any changes been made to the goos since they put up for sale? You may need to open a support ticket to get this resolved: https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109

It seems as though the issue lies with the App World server thinking the good is still in draft. The goods are accessible through the Sandbox because all things in draft state (digital goods and apps) are accessible via sandbox accounts.
