Since, this is a highly competitive world, cheap phones like Samsung, took the leadership
of the market. They over crossed giant mobile manufacturer Nokia. Can you guess why blackberry went down in the market. It's pretty simple to guess it.
Why blackberry is down in the market currently???
1)Lack of good quality HD camera.
2)Most of the phones get shadow in its display.
3)Bad Customer Service.
4)Lack of free Apps.
5 things to make the blackberry number 1 phone in the world:
1)Improve the Camera quality.
2)Improve touch sensitivity with excellent display.
3)Provide more number of free Apps.
4)Provide excellent customer service.
5)Last but not least. Try to reduce the cost of the mobiles.
If RIM follow the above things , I am dame sure that blackberry would be the number one phone in the world.

I've been using BlackBerrys (and many of them) and never ever seen a "shadow", and do you really think it is "most", meaning more than half? That's silly.

Heh !!! I want to convey you one thing.... even I am a very big fan of BB ... My aim is not to degrade BB but to make it no 1 in the world.
Hey, I truly believe that, and I think you have some misconceptions.
For example, RIM contracts with the mobile service provider for front line technical support, and any issue which they cannot resolve should be escalated up to RIM for resolution. However, so many carriers just don't care, they don't try to resolve many issues. So, yea, that's RIM's fault, but not entirely.
The camera... I think a 5mp camera on a telephone is great. You might not, and that is a matter of opinion. But, I don't think that either way, it will make RIM #1 in the world.

what i am saying is out of 10 BBs that i ve seen, 3 of them have that issue.Totally 30% are defective according to my concern.A good manufacurer can manufacture defective phones but not the best....

Even 3 out of 10 is not "most". Perhaps "almost most".
But even that's not accurate. You saw ten out of 70 million.
And you probably ten from the same manufacturer's lot and I don't doubt something like that can happen in one lot.

you are saying 5 MP for a mobile phone is great.....but you think about the competitive world..... when samsung,LG,Nokia<Sony Ericson and even HTC can provide 5 MP camera for lower end model and 8-12 MP for higher end model for reasonable prices, why BB can't do it??????
i dont agree with the point 5 MP for a phone is great and that too only for higher end.........

I said it is "great" but it is actually a matter of opinion of what is "great".
And, if you'd read up, you'll learn that BlackBerry is going to be including 8mp cameras in the next round of models. Is that "great" by your definition? Probably not, but... it is what they are doing.
