This is my first post. I have two ideas that I think would be very cool upgrades to two BB programs. First I do NOT think that BB needs to be like apple or android. But they do need to compete. I think phones have become a all in one personal pocket computer. The more you can do with it the better. I think media is one of those things. So when I suggest that syncing media with the BB desktop program should be easier I don't suggest BB compete directly with apple, but simply improve upon an already existing function of my BB. I would like to be able to open the Desktop Manager without having to connect my BB first. I'd like to be able to put all my fav music/vids/pics on the program & then be able to sync all easily when I connect my BB. I know that sounds like itunes but reality is that our phones are our pocket entertainment systems. BB already does this, it just isn't as user friendly as it should be. Secondly, every new BB should have an 8 MP front/back camera with HD video. So that BBM can offer a new feature...VIDEO CHAT!! Don't leave it there though. BBM already has the user base, so let it compete with Skype. Along with Video Chat, offer for a monthly fee through our BB acount, an internet phone calling option. Hey? Hey? What do you think? I am a BlackBerry. I don't want an apple or android, but, let's be real, what they have to offer is something BB needs to improve upon. I improve upon because BB already has these options, they're just not as good. Plus, BB needs to stop rushing there releases. Do it right the first time. I can wait a little longer for something really good. But I lose patience when I get it and it sucks. GO TEAM BLACKBERRY!!!!
