My blackberry torch 9800 will not turn on. when i try to turn it on, the normal red LED lights up, and stays on for about 2-3 seconds but then there is another LED that lights up.
There is another red LED that lights up right beside the normal LED, and it is a distinct secondary LED which turns on usually the same time as the normal LED but not all the time, sometimes it lights up on its own.
Before all of this my the blackberry was very slow, and the touch screen only functioned while the blackberry slide was closed
if anyone can help please
