Hi,

Im using  Blackberry PearlTM 8100,Wireless Handheld(EDGE),V4.2..107(pLATFORM 2.3.0.83)

My problem is when im  trying to download any app  blackberry app store,im getting an error like dis.PFA

itried  Installing the Latest Desktop Software 6. as well previous one 5.0  also,But in APPloader application ,it gives an error like dis.PFA of this Also.

This phone was bought with TMobile network initially,but not using it anymore,

Please help me ,on this.

The error in the second image "...does not have the BlackBerry Device Software..." etc., refers to not having the OS for your handheld device installed on your PC.

You need to download the file from your carrier and install it to your PC.

"Blackberry PearlTM 8100,Wireless Handheld(EDGE),V4.2..107(pLATFORM 2.3.0.83)" that's the release file you need. Check with your carrier downloads.
