* There are semi-decompilers and almost fully working decompiler I saw starting to appear for Java Applications
* DO NOT INCLUDE rapc.jar in the SDKS. Please use something like: http://www.excelsior-usa.com/jet.html to package the rapc.jar into an exe. People are using rapc.jar to find out how to decompile the .cod files. Also, use "Themida" http://oreans.com to protect the exe.
* Please include the ability to automatically use Proguard in the build process for java applications like ANDROID SDK DOES!
* The ".cod" file structure needs to be revised to prevent decompilation. Easiest thing to do would be to encrypt the internals of the ".cod" file with the signing keys.
DO THIS BEFORE SOMEONE RELEASES A FULLY WORKING DECOMPILER. If someone where to release one then it would completely destroy RIM and the security RIM is known for. You still have a good reputation in the market and that's becuase of your security. If you lose the reputation then it's all down hill from there.
