Some Issues which need Attentions

I have some queries and questions and want to know if there is any Solutions to it ?

1. Why Pearl Has option to be upgraded to newly launched Os, why 8520 is not allowed ?

2. Why 8520 which is one of the best selling model has worst kind of Bluetooth settings to recieve - send Files very long procedure ?

3. Why Emails are not allowed to use bigger then 3.3 mb attachment but BBM can use upto 6 mb files?

4. Why BBM server is running on Low speed ... when we try to send / receive a file it gets transferred @ 15kbps, though BIS is much faster interface.

5. We should provide Contact sync app for Blackberry to Blackberry phones as it has in Nokia ..Because Blackberry is an addiction and transferring contacts is not so easy.

Regards,

Sam

Re: Some Issues which need Attentions

  1. Which Pearl? There are like 5-6 different Pearl models. Which OS are you speaking of?
  2. Because the 85xx models (Curve) have been marketed at a lower price for the base consumer model, that is why it is "best selling". I don't understand your question about Bluetooth.
  3. Emails are allowed to have up to 6mb attachment with the latest version of the BlackBerry Internet Service. For OS7 devices, can receive email messages that are up to 11MB in size, and download attachments in their original format that are up to 8MB in size
  4. Don't know. Busy, I guess.
  5. Use the Send VCard function.
