Hello, I have a Blackberry 8700c cingular. 1. I installed on my computer 610_b038_multilanguage 2. Install and 8700M_PBr4.5.0_rel306_PL2.7.0.106_A4.5.0.182_AT_amp_T 3. Then connected with your computer and opened the Blackberry Desktop Software 4. I entered my password 5. I clicked on Check for updates 6. Everything was going normal until you get to 30 min Connecting Device 7. You can not connect to device 8. I had to install a new 8700E_PBr4.1.0_rel175_PL2.0.0.90_A4.1.0.194_Cingular 9. How to install higher version of my phone or tell me where I'm wrong
that OS that you're using is the latest for that device. The 8700 is not able to upgrade past that version because of memory and hardware restrictions.
