Hi,
Recently I got BB10 Dev Alpha device, and I have a questions regarding firmware updates:
1. How do I know that my device contains latest available firmware version?
2. How can I upgrade to the latest firmware and/or reload OS image to it?
I have read BB10 Dev Alpha FAQ here:
https://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/blackberr
and, according to answer to question 4 ("My device won't boot, what can I do?") there should be a way to reload OS image on the device ("b. There could be an issue with the OS image. Please try reloading the OS using the steps provided here.") but I can't find neither any description of this procedure in that FAQ, nor any links to "here" where it would be described.
Thank you in advance for your help.

You'll be able to upgrade the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha using a future beta release of Desktop Manager. To date, we have not released an OS update for the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha. Please refer to the instructions that came with your dev alpha for steps on registering for the BlackBerry Desktop Manager beta program.
