Yes its possible...i made an android based wallpaper app and ported it to BB10

As far as I can tell right now, only static images are supported. :smileysad:

I suspect INTELLECTG was meaning that you can change the wallpaper programmatically, not that you can have an animated wallpaper.

However, I would love to be shown incorrect here. :smileyhappy:
