Hey guys,
I d like to set this up, I have BES express on exchange and Simulator on VM.
I managed to connect to BES -meaning - BES has assigned usual 210000A PIN to my device, (but thats all, no carrier, no model type)
I have connection in BB device manager to my BES at bypass, however I have package sent received etc always 0,
also, can I push my application assigning to software config and user from BES to siulator?
Because I have all the zeroes at package statistics, BES wont deploy even policy etc ![]()
any ideas how to change package statistic to something more succeful?
thanks

Have you followed all of the steps here?
Connect the BlackBerry Device Simulator to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
It sounds like the simulated service book may still be present (refer to the note section in the article above).

Does it matter that BES is on different domain than the computer I am accessing from?
Also - I have in BES settings SRP port to access 3101, however when I connect my simulator, it recognizes bypass as BESaddress.com: 4101 ?
I followed the link as above, deleted DMP etc, but still the same
I have on BES PIN 210000 recognized, but Device data show Zeroes 0 everywhere in statistics...
ps: are there any logs, or something I can trace what might be wrong?
Also, where i can find configuration of my bypass router?
I am lost as this is BES express so, and I dont see any Router in component view
However activation of normal physical device is OK and possible and succesful.

It's possible for this to work across domains... but this may cause issues.
It doesn't seem like a simulator issue since the PIN is recognized. You are also able to make a connection from BlackBerry Device Manager to your BES (since you can see the # of packets/sent received).
This is likely a BES and/or Windows configuration issue. I recommend posting this in the BES forum here so you can catch the eye of the server experts.
