Re: Can't bring back bricked Dev Alpha

[ Edited ]

Thank you Mark. Is there anyone I can contact to request a replacement dev device? If the latest we're receiving the Limited Edition devices are late Feb / early March, this leaves a long time where I could have improved my app. Not to mention I haven't heard back probably due to having Verizon.

I don't think the simulator will suffice in the case of my app since I'll be paying close attention to touch response and performance.

Thanks

Re: Can't bring back bricked Dev Alpha

Where did you get the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha from?  Generally speaking we aren't giving out replacements, sorry.

It was issued to me in person at the Jam sessions in Orlando from May.

I'm not sure how that is relevent to this topic.

At any rate, I hope this doesn't happen to any final production BB10 devices.
