I suspect that there is a corrupt simulator on the RIM site

BlackBerry® Device Simulators v5.0.0.405 (9700 ATT)

It only downloads 20MB and it has a spam kink below it on the View Release link

Who do we notify about this?

I was able to download the file in Canada without issue.  There could be a problem on one of our mirror sites.  What country are you downloading from?

Also note that on the page, there is a view details link below it, and only for that simulator, that is a spam link that tries to get me to join some competition. There may have been some hack attack.

There was an internal link for release notes that was removed.  Do you still see something there?  If so, can you post a screenshot?
