Deploying OTA

[ Edited ]

I read some threads of setting up OTA downloads, basically what I have done is uploaded the entire contents of my deliverables/web/5.0.0 folder (jad, jar, cod, and all) and then in CPANEL on my webserver edited the MIME types and added the 3 required for jar, jad, and cod.

However when testing on the simulator, when clicking the .jad file it just opens it up in the browser and shows the text.

Am I missing some sort of configuration?

Edit: Wish I could delete this thread, but as it seems it was just storing it in cache, after a reboot of the device it worked fine on the simulator.

Re: Deploying OTA

FYI you can also click on the BlackBerry Menu key and choose Refresh to load the page.  Quicker than a reboot.  Smiley Happy
