Apologies if you've already stated this, but did you install the BB10 drivers?

I was curious about why there were two cameras and two browsers after the update... My question is, should we try to go all the way to the "hard" update? Can we just stay "soft" updated? What functionality would be missing here?
Thanks for your time!

No, you aren't losing any functionality - it's fine.

Unfortunately ever since the one time I was able to wipe (repair) I have been unable to do it again.
Every time I put my device to reboot, by the time the "disconnected" prompt appears on the desktop manager (on my mac) and I click Repair, it tries to connect to the device but by now the device is booting into the boot sequence and it says it cannot connect to the device, so it just boots normally.
The one time it worked, I noticed the red light was blinking. I hit repair in that time window and it seemed to work, but I can't seem to get that sequence to happen again. No matter if I click Repair immediately when it shows up or as late as possible in the boot sequence, neither works.
Any ideas?

Try going into the dev alpha menu (little gear in top right corner). Go to storage & sharing. Set the USB connections to "Connect to ..."
Its also quite important to take off the password before updating. I found this caused me problems, especially when the phone needed to be rebooted.

Yeah I'v seen that a few times and I'm thinking its a typo. I never understand wht it says from 545 to 544?! When it's done it will be 545... weird.

Is there an issue tracker like JIRA we could use for this thread?

In Blackberry World when you want to delete an application, a dialog shows saying Do you want to deinstall the application or delete the application?
However the buttons show cancel, delete, delete. (annuleren, verwijderen, verwijderen)
