I've updated my Dev Alpha to 10.0.6.545 today and after the update was done the WiFi was connected but when I tried to browse it wasn't working, so I decided to restart the device to see if after that it would work. When I tried to turn it back on the red LED started blinking on the following sequence 10111011. I tried to repair the device using the Desktop Software 2.4.0 (build 16), which is the same one I used to update the Dev Alpha.
It started downloading the firmware to repair the device, but when it finished and started installing it stoped there and wasn't going forward for ~1, then I removed the device and tried again (3 times) and the same thing happened.
Any ideas? ![]()

Seriously guys, 10 is my new lucky number. On the 10th try to repair it repaired in 10 minutes.
You need to be persistent for Dev Alpha updates to work as far as I saw by searching here on the forums... haha

I have the same issue as nathanpc and i have tried to update several times. It still gives the same blinking led result. Could anyone give the exact solution to fix this error ?

As nathanpc had informed, performing an update works. One must take care that your update process is complete and it has not disconnected midway( especially if your network is slow). If the device gets detected by the Blackberry Desktop Software, its most likely that you will surely recover your device.
