Re: Dev Alpha Update 10.0.9 Bundle 44 available

Im in the same boat.  My device now wont turn on.  The repair process reaches "Loading system software" then gives the error "An error has occurred while updating your device's software."

Frustrating.

For people with bricked device: KEEP TRYING!

The upgrade worked after a few dozen tries. I think that, after a while, it restarted the process from the beginning.

Re: Dev Alpha Update 10.0.9 Bundle 44 available

The update software no longer recognizes my device PIN.

First time I tried, it identified the PIN (as did the Device Manager) but since that first attempt, the WipeUnload software no longer recognizes the PIN (says Unknown device)- though it sees the device. It attempts to update the OS but fails with the following error:

An error has occurred while updating your device's software.

Re: Dev Alpha Update 10.0.9 Bundle 44 available

I understand the DTM is stating their is an update available however please don't use that route.  use the package available at https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalphas/update.  I understand this is not always working. We're investignting further.  For now if it fails you'll need to retry
