Wow BB are really kind to their developers! Although the link you posted appears to be slightly dated.
One of the rewards is:
Invitation to a full-day mentoring session at RIM and 2010 BlackBerry Developer Conference pass
Do level 7's get a 2012/2013 pass?

I'd like to be i the program, but maybe you should share some more details on this system:
You’ll receive points for posting to the developer forums, as well as starting new topics, accepting solutions and receiving kudos. You’ll also get points for commenting on the developer blogs.
how much points will you get for doing this and how much points do you need to be in the different levels?

Question???
I am really interesting in developing for the Blackberry 10 , because i dont live in USA, ( i live in Greece) i am not able to come to any BlackBerry World conferences. Is this any way that i can get my hands to any of the new Blackberries, borrowed or buy in lowest price (the existing devices) , or buy the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha from Blackberry?
Thank you in advance for your time!
