I think somehow RIM disallow any update any more. I have the same issue since yesterday. So far no luck what so ever on how I can restore my DEV ALPHA. First I though its because RIM block some country, but I think this is not the case. It just no update available.

Ago yesterday I try to update it, and I can not tell me that no updates are available. 

I have version 10.0.6.671 and Windows 7 64-bit

Someone could update it between yesterday and today?

The same problem here, I tried all of the suggestions but I still see "There is no update available"

To all those having update issues...try again.  I just got a note from RIM indicating that my update issues were now resolved.   Please follow the instructions at Dev Alpha Update again and hopefully it works for you now.
