Re: Do not wipe Dev Alpha Update 10.0.9 Bundle 44

i did everything, and no resolve. Sachup downloads the OS to ur local drive but i am unable to do an update with that. I even tried several operating system: xp, vista and windows 7. its the same problem.... it keeps saying no update available on all the systems. if there is a way to update the bar files on to the phone that might help but i am not sure if that possible, but i have all the bar files from : http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/qnx/production/07a2e213c9dd498a524f09860eeb8f473b745edb/

If there was an offline updater that would have been really great. Because you with Sachup you can grab all the bar files for the latest update on your local drive.

For those having problems with the steps here:  https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalphas/update

Please try the following:

1)      Connect the device

2)      Run the update until you see the message “connecting to bootrom”

3)      Hold the top button and the volume + keys for 30 seconds.  Even when the screen turns off, hold it for 30 secs.

Re: Do not wipe Dev Alpha Update 10.0.9 Bundle 44

Hi Mark,

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately what you proposed makes no difference. When I launch the WipeReload.bat and restart the device it connects and everything .. at the same time I press power + volume but it still ends up showing: There is no update available

Same result in the BlackBerry Desktop Software :-(

In fact I had already tried all sorts of key combinations in the past. The software says that there is no update. And in fact that is right, the device already runs the latest version. Only that it is corrupted and need to be reinstalled. Maybe it would make sense to add a button to reinstall.
