Error requesting application capabilities from the authorization manager: Permission denied

Anyone have any idea what this means?

I cannot do 'run as' anything on my dev alpha device any longer.

I did notice that my installed sdk is 10.0.9.386 and my dev alpha was upgraded to 10.0.9.388.

Not sure if I can revert to 10.0.9.386 on the device. I can run apps on the sim which is 10.0.9.386.

What <permission></permission> entries do you have in your bar-descriptor.xml? Open it in a text editor to check this in case something was added that isn't listed in the GUI editor.

After shutting down the dev alpha device and restarting it I am now able to get things working.
