Install Thrid Application from Browser [with URL]

We are trying to install the thrid party application in the simulator using the OTA (over the air) using the browser.

We are browseing the URL which points to the .jad file and after browsing, saves the file in the device memory>home> user>App.jad and when we are trying to execute(download from the device) the .jad file we are getting the error " 907 invalid COD File not found".

If we copy the .Cod files into the simulator (browsing and saves the file in the device memory>home> user>) its working fine. Is there any way to get it from the single url browsing and installing.

Also tried with the .jar file and we are getting "This application does not contain a signature. It might not be from a trusted source.Do you want tp proceed?" if we say "YES" getting an error as "907 Invalid JAR Description missing required attributes: MlDlets-1

Can you please sugget on this how to move forward?
