Lost sigtool.csk. RIM Support has no need to answer my request?

Hi there, 

 

i lost this file a few years ago, so i know what to do. So i contacted devsupport@rim.com with the required data. I got a response, that my mail will be processed. This was on 23.03.2011. No answer till now. I tried it again a few days. No answer. 

 

So what can i do? Do i have to use a different mail address?

All you need to do is fill out the form to request a new set of code signing keys (they are free now).
