Module attempts to access a secure API error even after successful signing of cod files.

I had developed a blackberry app and the app is successfully installed on BlackBerry Curve 9300. But when trying to access the app , the app displays the error " Error starting PracticeME. Module PracticeME attempts to access a secure API" on the device. The cod file of the application is already signed. But the error still persists. I still could not figure out what could be the reason behind the error.
I will be highly grateful to you for any help suggested by you regarding this error.

Was the application signed with all 3 keys (RBB, RCR and RRT)?  Can you post a screenshot of the SignatureTool open, showing the signatures of your COD file(s)?
