Not received Signing Key from RIM

Hi

I've register signing key on 9/11/2010 and paid 20$ for Signing Key after that I got email from help@blackberry.com conifrm order and told me I will got the key within 2 business day.

Until rightnow I still not receive any key from RIM, I try to reply email to help@blackberry.com and devsupport@rim.com but have no answer from both email.  Are there any way to contact RiM? because I must close my project within this week.

Thanks,

Anurak

P.S. My english is not good So if you don't understand my quest please let me to know  T T

Re: Not received Signing Key from RIM

Not good. You certainly should have the key by now.

Read  this for your question.

It contains this paragraph:

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

Good luck

Re: Not received Signing Key from RIM

The code signing keys should have been sent already.  Check your spam filters to see if the email messages were caught there.  This happens fairly often.
