How does one recalibrate the magnetometer on Perfecto Mobile if you can't physically pick up and manipulate the device?
TIA

Good question. I'm looking into this.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to the results of your investigation.
I should also add that we've used Perfecto Mobile for other testing and I must say that they're fantastic. Their support staff really went above and beyond with a couple of issues we were having and I can't say enough about them. I find their rates quite competitive too.
cheers...B

It is not currently possible to calibrate the magnetometer when using Perfecto's MobileCloud for BlackBerry Smartphones.

Thanks, Mark. I thought as much; would have been surprised, actually, if they found a way to do it. That's why we picked up an actual device last week to do our testing on.
cheers...B
