Hello friendz... i need a way to lock and unlock the camera in BB programmatically.over incoming sms.please give some idea to do the same.if possible give me some code sample.

There is no way to programmatically disable the camera on a BlackBerry Smartphone.  It can be disabled using an IT Policy configured on the user's BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Hi Mark,

   IS there a way 1) To change the settings of picture preview in Camera options ( from BES or programatically)?

                              2) Programatically know if the screen on the top ( currently displayed to user) is Camera Image preview screen?
