Signature key registration (Error)

I already submited the registration via email since feb 14th... but until now, i havent recieve the key.... I send email to devsupport@rim.com.... but just automatic respond.... any ideas?

I have the same problem, no response from BB

 

it seems that Signature key registration is free now, so I've tried to get a new key and now they write that only goes 2 days, so now we see what happens in 2 days

this is like a cyber crime..... but how come?? RIM is a big company, but so unprofessional.....

Hello Dominicus,

 

If you haven't received your keys yet, it is usually the result of a spam filter intercepting the emails, or a firewall or proxy server not letting them through.
As a resolution to your issue, please check your spam folder for your keys. If they aren't in your spam folder, I would suggest you to proceed to https://www.BlackBerry.com/SignedKeys and resubmit your application with another valid email address for a new set of keys which are now FREE, and you will receive your keys to the specified email within 24 hours.

I have finally got my keys, it seemed to be problems with my credit card, so I tried with another credit card and it worked.
