Hello, I've been trying to get the keys to sign my apps. I've filled the form on the website, but never get anything (a contact, the keys or a charge in my credit card). I've sent a support request via web, but so far i've only received an e-mail saying "thanks, we got your question".
Does anybody knows how can I contact somebody about this?
Thanks a Lot.

Dear Sir,
I managed to purchase after trying numerous credit cards. However I am being charged USD 30 instead of USD 20. Has the price changed?
thanks and rgds,

The price has not increased that I know of.
If you paid more than the stated price on the code signing key purchase page, refer to the link above for questions. No one here can handle that for you.

In the future, please learn to create your own thread when you have your own personal issue to discuss... even if your issue might be "similar" the originally posted. yours is not the same, and posting in a existing thread like this just clutters the original posters thread.
The "New Message" link is at the top left of each forum section page.

Thanks a lot for the pointer. Belive it or not I've read that pdf before filling the web form, just that I didn't go there to get the support address. My mistake...
Thanks again, i've redirected my inquiry to devsupport@rim.com, hope this does the trick.

Good luck. I don't understand the delay or lack of communication, and I don't work for RIM -- just a volunteer here. I think they should pick the pace a bit, if you ask me.
