Signing keys : almost no support from devsupport

By the end of 2010, I tried to use my signing keys to deploy the application I am developing. Unfortunately I had lost my PIN and then I locked my keys after trying several PINs.
 

I filed an incident at the beginning of january (lost PIN + blocked keys). After several reminders, I received my PIN on January 18th but no new keys.

 

I have sent many (gentle) reminders since and did not get any answer. This is making me crazy, I really need these keys.

 

Is there a different way to issue new keys ? does anybody know how to wake up devsupport ?

What is the INC# for your case(s) with devsupport@rim.com?

Many thanks for trying to help. I got the phone number of devsupport on another thread, I called them and they have put my request on high priority. Tonight I got a reply from the team in charge of delivering the keys, I should get them within the next 3 days.

 

I'll let you know if something goes wrong.

I also recently filed an incident report but got no response with devsupport.

 

My Incident Number is INC000022388655.

 

My problem was I registered the signature keys as a JDE Package users instead of registering it as a eclipse plug-in. Is there anyway i can contact them aside from email?

Well a call from Holland may be bit expensive let's try giving my numbers:

My problem is that due to technical problems my keys were blocked when registering and I can't try again...

For those with installation issues (incorrect PIN, out of attempts, etc...) I recommend ordering another set of code signing keys.  Now that code signing keys are free, the quickest solution will be to simply request another set using the online order form here:  https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/

Just did that (requested new keys) and today I already got them. And also a response from devsupport. So I'm veryy happy now, I got working keys and a signed application. Just in time, because otherwise I would have some explaining to do coming monday  ...

 

So, a little bump on the road but nicely solved. Good job.

may i know how can i get a reciept from my purchase of signature key from blackberry?

can i secure an official receipt?

There are no receipts for current keys orders because they are free.

 

If you want a receipt for an order placed from when there was a $20 charge, you can request one by contacting accountoperations@rim.com.
