Signing tool stopped working

My Signature tool stopped working from last week. The auto mail from websigner@ws-smtp.rim.net shows that 0 attempts remaining. This was working perfectly till 1st week of April and the remaining attempts was a very large number. 

 

I have send a support request to devsupport@rim.com on 20th April and I have not heard anything from them yet. Is there any way to get suppport

devsupport@rim.com is the appropriate email address to get help with this.  Send me a PM with the email address you contacted from and I can check on the status of your request.

I got this resolved, after RIM responded with a new set of keys. They have acknowledged that the delay is due to a high number of support requests
