That's the one. This is complaining that the application is not signed with the RRT key. Are there any libraries or resources that don't have an RRT signature?
There are also linking errors. Are you using an appropriate version of BlackBerry Java SDK?

I do not use any other APIs besides those provided by Blackberry. The Eclipse Signature Tool determines what needs to be signed with what keys. So I don't think anyother resources need the RRT signature. The Signature output above shows a complete list of the files.
I am using JRE 4.5.0 which matches what is on the phone, version 22.214.171.124.

How was the application installed?

You should deploy the JAD and COD files, not the JAR file. The COD file is what is installed on BlackBerry Smartphones. You can use the JAR and the BlackBerry Smartphone can convert it to a COD file on the fly, but it won't be signed. Only the COD files are signed.

The jad, jar and cod files are deployed. But this was a new web site where the Mime types for the jad, jar and cod files were not setup. Once I set these up, the download/installation and running of the application works. Thanks for sticking with this till the solution was found.
